You can also choose a one-off appointment to meet and target together your needs. I am there as you wish, we move forward step by step, at the pace that suits you.
To approach your birth with confidence, we can get prepared on a psychological and emotional level thanks to perinatal hypnosis (HypnoNatal® by L. Bartoli). I can also support you with hypnosis in your PMA journey or if you live a particular hard time with your motherhood (pregnancy termination, disease, parental mourning….)
Doula support : one shot appointment or package fitting Each appointment is about 1h30 and takes place wherever you like (your home, work, another place, remote). Travel costs are included in my area, billed beyond. A DOULA MOMENT costs à 80 €.
Perinatal hypnosis : session or package Each appointment lasts 1 hour (except the first which lasts 1h30). This can take place remotely. You must plan 4 sessions (= 1 package) to successfully integrate the tools that will help you give birth peacefully. A single session costs €80.
